No idea what’s better: the amazing food they have or the genuine love and care from the ladies & gentleman behind the counter. I’ll be back for sure when I’m in London again 10/10!

Food is fantastic. Service is amazing. Reasonably priced. Nice table seating outside. Nothing is too much trouble and really nice people. Support this small business. In a world of faceless corporate chains , this independent cafe with great hospitality is a breath of fresh air.

Had a great breakfast here. Shared the bacon and egg and barbeque chicken on a baguette, which were both lovely. The owners were nice and it was impressive to see them work with mechanical precision through the lunch rush! Definitely recommended for an affordable breakfast or lunch!

Came here every day last week for lunch. Great baguettes with a lovely selection of fillings reasonable prices. And if you asked they will do you half and half fillings. Amazing group of ladies who serve you with a smile and lovely outside seating under the trees. As promised by Michael Paul and Alex.

I went to a seminar nearby in London, and I had lunch here everyday. Jacked potato with Bolognese was amazing, ciabatta, panini, Pipers Crisp. It’s exactly what I wanted, perfect, good job 😍 Thanks, Shantel’s!

Been here a couple of times now and I each time I come, always have a good experience. Shanel and the girls are always attentive and pleasant and I like seeing the vibes they have amongst themselves. Great service and food! Would definitely recommend this spot.

I simply searched a year ago for a breakfast shop and I found Shanel’s as first, I contacted and the energy over the phone was already good, as soon I went to the shop it was the same thing, told them I was new in the area and asked for my torpedo with bacon and egg/ mayo. Even tho when there’s no the bread I like she suggests me another one. Also had breakfast with my daughter and a friend there it was good. From the son to her and the rest of her staff they are all good people. She’s a very hardworking woman and an inspiring one as well, as a person that loves to cook and appreciate every taste of food she conquered my all family’s heart even my daughters that is very talk active with her and we are regular costumers sometimes there’s no much time but when I can pop there for a quick sandwich when I have no time for my breakfast is there I go. Service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly nice and friendly, making us feel very welcome. We really enjoyed their authentic English breakfast. No-fuss coffee. It's a refreshing change from the usual big chain offerings. It was also a big plus to be able to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air.

I often look at 5 stars with a bit of caution (did they get bots or friends to pump the score), i can say without hesitation this is a 5 star. Sandwiches are fresh, delicious, and reasonably priced. All served up with polite efficiency..pretty much everything you could ask for.

There’s no place better for a perfect quality, delicious, really hits-the-spot sandwich. Shanel and all her lovely staff are a joy to see every time I eat here and really makes you feel cared for. Would 100% recommend!
